Bike ride 18 August 2007
 
To start the fundraising, family and friends of Joshua cycled around 20 miles wearing football shirts with a Photo of Joshua attatched, collecting money and raising awareness of Asthma.  The ride started at Eastchurch working mens club at 11am heading through Eastchurch along Plough Lane stopping at Holiday sites on route, Then along chequers Road to Minster village, then forward to the beach hotel and the player.  They then cycled along minster broadway to harps before the group split in two, half cycling to the rugby club and along the Lower Road, the other half travelled through Halfway before joining again at The Aviator. Then cycling through Queenborough into Blue Town, then finally finishing in Sheerness.
Money was collected at pubs and clubs on the way, with many Landlords allowing a collection tin to be left behind the bar.  The day on a whole was a huge success which raised over £3400.

Range Rovers Testimonial Football match and auction on 9th Sept 2007 raised £540

Rugby Memorial Fun Day- Saturday 29th September at the ditch raised over £1700.
 
New York City Marathon - Sunday 4th October
Raised £1363.

Ladies Pamper Night - 5h Dec 2007  Raised £103

Ladies Pamper night - 13th Feb 2008 raised £18

Barn Dance - 15th Feb 2008 Raised £954.58
 
The Barn dance raised £954.58 with a turnout of over 200 people, music was provided by band Crooked Style and Charlie's disco.  A raffle was held raising £275, with Jane Goodwin winning 1st prize of a Shockwave mountain bike, Steve Bishop won 2nd prize, a studio sitting and free portrait, Adrian Barham won 3rd prize, a bottle of pink champagne and Heather Edden won 4th prize of a giant cadburys cream egg easter egg.  The sale of vodka jellies helped the fundraising, profits of £110 were split with the rugby club.

Crooked style are selling CD's for £5 each, anyone who would like to order one please contact us.  A percentage of the CD sales is donated back to our charity.

Sponsered waxing - Nigel Hammett - raised £450
 
Nigel Hammett joined slimming world and set his target weight, saying that when he reached this weight he would have his legs waxed for charity.  After just 7 months Nigel reached this weight loosing a staggering 3 stone 2 pounds.  So let the waxing begin!
On the 17th march, at the slimming world group, Nigel had his legs waxed and to keep the donations flowing, another member Jim bootes was encorouged to have his chest waxed and Nigel's son Jim Hammett had a cross on his stomach and his armpit waxed.  A big thankyou to Nigel, Jim and Jim. John Jones ran the London Marathon and Raised £125.

Sponsored Waxing  Paul Wilson 14.06.08  Raised £420.59
 
Paul Wilson on 14.06.08 at he Sheppey scooter rally raised £420.59 by having his body waxed.  Paul started by having his legs waxed, he then went on to have his chest, back, arm pits and even his Eyebrows to raise extra money.  We'd like to say a big Thankyou to the lads that donated £50 for paul to lose his eyebrows, Also thankyou to Emily Morley who supplied and carried out the waxing and a massive thankyou to paul for loosing almost all his hair for us. I hope your not too sore, paul.
